Centre Structure

The Centre is owned by Jen Retail with a long term lease to CHMCH.

​

The licensees are a unit trust managed by Chapel Hill Montessori Children’s House Pty Ltd. The beneficiaries and owners of the trust are entities associated with the directors as we are an Accredited Centre, all staff are involved in the accreditation process every two years.

​

QIAS is a Commonwealth Government initiative linked to Child Care Benefit approval for Centre based Long Day Child Care. The centre goes through accreditation to meet specific criteria and are committed to improvement in the delivery of the services.

 

CHMCH receives no Federal or State government grants, relying totally on payment of fees for its operation. Government child care benefit and rebates are available to families attending the centre.
